Annual Accounts

Annual Accounts include the company’s balance sheet, profit and loss account, net assets, and the annual report.  This information is key to demonstrating a business’ financial position, for example, the company’s ability to raise capital or pay its debts; and to demonstrate business growth year on year.

Filing your Annual Accounts in a timely fashion also ensures that you have the most up to date financial information you need to make strategic decisions about your business at the most appropriate time.
